Recalls on record

Seats:mid/rear assembly 23V108000

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2023 Infiniti QX60 vehicles. The second-row adjustable seat may extend past the intended rear stopper point and may be difficult to move, become stuck, or fail to lock in the correct position.

Risk: A seat that becomes stuck or fails to lock in a secured position may not properly restrain the occupant during a crash, increasing their risk of injury.

Fix: Dealers will remove and replace the second-row seat, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 14, 2023. Owners may contact Nissan's customer service at 1-800-867-76

Seats:critical fasteners 23V268000

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2023 Rogue, Pathfinder, and Infiniti QX60 vehicles. The driver's powered seat may not be fully secured to the seat frame, causing the seat frame welds to detach from the rear inboard seat bracket.

Risk: An unsecured seat with broken welds may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Fix: Dealers will inspect the driver's seat rail clearance, and if necessary, replace the driver's seat cushion frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 10, 2023.

Common questions

What goes wrong with the 2023 Infiniti QX60?

Owners have filed 27 complaints with NHTSA for this model-year, and unknown or other is the most reported area with 3 of them (11%). There are 3 recalls on record. Check any specific car against its VIN before buying.

Is the 2023 Infiniti QX60 reliable?

AVOIR scores its reliability 89/100 (excellent) from NHTSA recall campaigns and complaint density. That figure is a raw complaint count, not yet adjusted for sales volume, so a high-volume model scores worse than it deserves.

How long will a 2023 Infiniti QX60 last?

AVOIR scores its longevity 81/100, but that figure is an estimate built from the powertrain and the brand's record, not a measurement. A 2023 car has no 200,000-mile population to observe yet, so treat it as a prior rather than evidence.
